Privacy notice

Effective: August 27, 2026 · Version: privacy-2026-08-27-v1

Synthesis Data Analytics LLC, operating publicly as Synthesis Data, uses this notice to explain the handling of information submitted through its public website and general business-inquiry channels.

Data minimization

Synthesis Data is designed to collect only information reasonably necessary to respond to or administer the requested service. Visitors should not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive credentials through the general inquiry form or ordinary website contact channels.

Website inquiries

If online inquiry intake is activated, the form may collect the information a visitor provides, including name, email address, optional organization, role, optional inquiry type and optional message. The inquiry workflow may also retain consent state and time, the applicable privacy-notice version, source page, submission identifier, content fingerprint, workflow or routing state, and timestamps needed to route, secure and audit the request. Online inquiry intake is currently inactive; current business inquiries may be sent to support@synthesisda.com.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to the visitor's business request, route and administer the inquiry, maintain reasonable security and audit evidence, and support the transition to an approved client record if a business relationship is established. Website inquiry content should not be repurposed into unrelated personal profiling.

Service providers

Netlify provides website hosting and serverless-function execution for the public site. If approved online inquiry persistence is activated, Supabase is the controlled server-side persistence layer for website inquiry records. Other providers should not receive website inquiry content unless an approved production data flow requires it and the applicable notice and controls are updated through change control.

Retention

Unconverted website inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified unless a documented legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit or dispute-preservation reason requires longer retention. If an inquiry becomes a client relationship, the information necessary for that relationship may be associated with the approved client system and becomes subject to the applicable client-record retention schedule.

Correction and deletion requests

Requests to correct or delete a website inquiry may be sent to support@synthesisda.com. Synthesis Data will reasonably verify the requester using information related to the inquiry, such as confirming control of the email address used for the inquiry, without requesting unnecessary sensitive information. The operational target is to complete a verified request within 30 days, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law and to documented lawful retention exceptions. A minimum audit record may be retained where necessary to document the request, verification, action and any applicable retention exception.

Research and source records

Synthesis Data may separately retain source references, retrieval metadata, content hashes, analysis records and quality-control evidence needed to document how a research output was produced. Those research-provenance records are distinct from general website inquiry content and should not be expanded into unrelated personal profiling.

Notice changes

The effective date and version above identify this notice. When a material change is approved, the public notice and any consent record associated with a website inquiry should identify the applicable version.
